Summer Camp: Registration is open! Go to the calendar in TroopMaster and click on the summer camp in July. Payment due in full by June 10. You can pay by cash, check, Scout Account, or within TroopMaster. If you need assistance, please respond to this email.​​​​​​​​

Online Merit Badge Pamphlets
​
Scouting America has just officially announced that all their merit badge pamphlets are now available online with full content. Simply visit the Scouting America website, search for the badge you are looking for, visit its page, and click “Download the Free Pamphlet”.
​Fundraising
Pie sales - Orders need to be in by 3/17.
Pies will be delivered on 3/31.
Camp Card Fundraiser - The Council’s Camp Card fundraiser is starting soon. If you would like to participate in this fundraiser, sign up here to place your order for cards by March 20th. Each card sells for $10 and has multiple food, service, and entertainment discounts to use throughout the year. Each card can be registered online to receive access to the digital entertainment book for even more discounts! Scouts will earn $4 for every card sold. Cards will be distributed on March 31. Money and any unsold cards will need to be turned in by April 29. Scouts can sell cards in front of participating Eugene/Spfld Safeway and Albertsons stores. ​​Volunteer Hours & Service Projects
​
Pinewood Derby is this Saturday, March 14, 2026. Set-up will begin at 10:00am. They are looking for a few Boy Scouts to help, set-up, run cars, and tear down. This is also a Camp out weekend. If you don’t plan to attend please consider spending your time helping the younger scouts. You can bring your old cars and race them on the track too. Contact Sarah Ewing if interested.
Eugene Public Library Volunteer at the Friends of Eugene Public Library’s giant annual Book Sale. There are shifts to help set up on Friday April 10th, as well as during the sale on Saturday, April 11th and Sunday, April 12th at the Lane Events Center. Adults and teens are welcome. Hearts for Hospice is offering an ongoing service opportunity.
They have a warehouse where they need 1-2 volunteers at a time for 1-2 hours on Tuesdays (10am -1pm) or Thursdays (12-3pm) helping customers unload/inspect the donations received or cleaning medical equipment.
